Return and Exchange Policy

The website has a return and exchange policy to ensure buyer satisfaction with the product purchased from the website. Return and exchange are subject to the following conditions:

(1) The website gives the buyer the right to request a return or exchange of the products within 7 days from the date of receiving the product from the website.

(2) The site accepts the return or exchange of products only if the following conditions are met:

1. The buyer shall not use, open, or obtain any benefit from the products.

2. The products must not be damaged or have any defects after receiving them from the shipping company.

3. Do not damage the product packaging or lose any product accessories.

4. The buyer must keep the sales invoice and deliver it to the shipping company or at the seller’s headquarters.

(3) If the return or exchange is due to a defect in the product, the site will examine the product. If it is proven that the defect is due to the product, the site will bear the shipping, return and exchange costs.

(4) If the return is due to a reason attributable to the buyer and not a defect in the product, then the buyer shall bear all shipping and return costs, amounting to (50) riyals, which shall be deducted from the order amount and the product amount shall be returned.

(5) If the replacement is due to a reason attributable to the buyer and not a defect in the product, the additional shipping costs of (50) riyals must be paid. Also, cashmere shawls are not subject to replacement or return.

(6) In the event that the site rejects the request to return or replace the product submitted by the buyer, and the buyer refuses to receive the products again, the site has the right in this case to dispose of these products after 15 days have passed from the date of the buyer’s refusal.

(7) If the shipment is sent to the buyer by the shipping company and is not received by the buyer and is returned to its source, additional fees are required to reship it, estimated at: SMSA 50 riyals, Redbox 50 riyals, Aramex 50 riyals.

(8) Free RedBox, SMSA and Aramex shipments. If the customer does not receive them and they are returned to us, the customer is required to pay the shipping fees until we ship the order to him again, and they are non-refundable.

(9) The site is not responsible for any shipment that has passed 20 days without receipt or communication.

(10) Discounted products cannot be exchanged or returned.

(11) In the event that an order is issued to ship the order, the exchange and return fee policy will be applied and a shipping fee of 50 riyals will be deducted.

(12) Cosmetics, perfumes, incense, accessories, cashmere shawls, underwear, socks, and slippers are not included in the exchange and return policy in order to preserve the public health of all.

• Customer phone number.

• Customer name.

• Name of the product to be replaced or returned.

• Reason for exchange or return.

• You will be informed of the return order method and will be served directly once your order is received and the safety of the products and accessories is confirmed.
