Return and exchange policy

The website has a return and exchange policy to ensure the buyer's satisfaction with the product purchased from the website. Returns and exchanges are subject to the following conditions:

(1) The site gives the buyer the right to request a return or exchange of products within 7 days from the date of receiving the product from the site.

(2) The website accepts returns or exchanges of products only if the following conditions are met:

1. The buyer must not use, open, or derive any benefit from the products.

2. The products must not be damaged or defective after being received from the shipping company.

3. Do not damage the product packaging or lose any of the product accessories.

4. The buyer must keep the sales invoice and hand it over to the shipping company or to the seller's company headquarters.

(3) If the return or exchange is due to a defect in the product, the site will inspect the product. If it is proven that the defect is due to the product, the site will bear the costs of shipping, return and exchange.

(4) If the return is due to a reason attributable to the buyer and not a defect in the product, then the buyer shall bear all shipping and return costs, which amount to (50) riyals, to be deducted from the order amount, and the product amount shall be refunded.

(5) If the exchange is due to a reason attributable to the buyer and not a defect in the product, additional shipping costs of (50) riyals will be payable. Cashmere shawls are not exchangeable or refundable.

(6) In the event that the site rejects the buyer’s request to return or exchange the product, and the buyer refuses to receive the products again, the site has the right in this case to dispose of these products after 15 days have passed from the date of the buyer’s refusal.

(7) If the shipment is sent to the buyer with the shipping company and is not received by the buyer and is returned to its source, additional fees will be charged for reshipping it, estimated at: SMSA 50 riyals, Redbox 50 riyals, Aramex 50 riyals.

(8) RedBox free shipments, SMSA and Aramex. If the customer does not receive them and they are returned to us, the customer is required to pay the shipping fees until we ship the order to him again and they are non-refundable.

(9) The site is not responsible for any shipment that has been unclaimed or uncommunicated for 20 days.

(10) Discounted products cannot be exchanged or returned.

(11) If a shipping order is issued, the exchange and return fee policy and a shipping fee of 50 riyals will be applied.

(12) Cosmetics, perfumes, incense, accessories, cashmere shawls, hats, underwear, winter pajamas, socks, and slippers are not included in the exchange and return policy in order to preserve the public health of everyone.

(13) If the shipping order has been exported for the order, modifications can only be made according to the exchange and return policy.



Replacement and return procedures:

You can submit a replacement and return request by sending the following information to WhatsApp number (920032068) or to email ([email protected]):

• Customer's telephone number.

• Customer name.

• The name of the product to be exchanged or returned.

• Reason for exchange or return.

• You will be notified of the order return procedure and served directly as soon as your order is received and the safety of the products and accessories is confirmed.
